We are seeking an accomplished Manager of Business Development and Communications to lead strategic media relations, social media initiatives, and public-facing communications for a highly respected and top ranked global organization.
In this role, you will:
Manage proactive and responsive outreach to business, legal, and financial media.
Build and maintain relationships with reporters, editors, and broadcast media.
Oversee the organization’s social media presence, primarily LinkedIn.
Guide messaging strategy to ensure brand consistency across platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors on digital content, PR campaigns, and multimedia projects.
Maintain brand/style guidelines and ensure communications align with organizational values.
What we’re looking for:
5–10 years in public/media relations within professional services (law firm experience a plus).
Strong media network in business, legal, and financial sectors.
Skilled in social media strategy and messaging.
Experience with media analytics and contact databases (Cision, Meltwater, Muck Rack, Trendkite, or Roxhill).
Familiarity with project management tools (Sprinklr or Workfront a plus).
