Roku is looking for a skilled FP&A Manager to join the Platform Finance team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager Platform FP&A, this role provides senior management with assessments of historical and forward-looking financial performance, including analysis of business performance and trends, risks, opportunities, and communication of business insights. This role supports and advises the Subscriptions & Platform marketing teams. Success requires balancing competing priorities, navigating a fluid environment, and driving projects from inception to completion with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate has a strong quantitative background, advanced modeling abilities, and high attention to detail. This is an individual contributor role based out of the Santa Monica office. For California Only – The estimated annual salary for this position is between $155,000 and $170,000 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, certifications, and geographic location. Monitor key performance indicators, highlight trends, and analyze causes of changes. Proactively conduct deep dives when observing abnormal trends Help launch and scale new product, oversee detailed P&L Support recurring and ad hoc FP&A deliverables, managing quarterly close and forecasting reporting Oversee operational expenses and headcount investments across the org, ensuring maximum return and efficiencies Work closely with executive management on ad hoc projects to provide in-depth business case analysis and to drive intelligent decision making Collaborate with business to improve Marketing ROI We’re excited if you have
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative subject (finance, economics, mathematics) 8+ years of prior experience, ideally in corporate finance, top-tier investment banking, management consulting, or corporate strategy/analytics roles Background in tech and/or media industries preferred Extensive experience building and maintaining complex financial models; expert level proficiency with Excel Superior analytical capabilities with a deep understanding of how a business operates Ability to synthesize complex ideas and communicate them clearly to senior executives Ability to navigate a complex matrixed environment while juggling multiple responsibilities; a positive, collaborative mindset is essential Comfort operating at both high-level and detailed levels; willing to work at the lowest level of detail and also think long-term Ability to thrive in high-performance cultures, handle stress, and work long hours when needed Unafraid of ambiguity; comfortable with rapid change and learning, with ability to find direction and craft a plan of action Strong problem structuring skills and hypothesis-based problem solving Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized Curious; a constant learner with a drive to acquire knowledge and new skills Benefits
