Store Manager - Start Your New Career Today! FT, Benefits — Holiday Stationstores. Location: West Coast BU - Region 01 - Market 08: 1809 W Meeker St, Kent, Washington 98032. Responsibilities

Recruit, hire and train employees, ensuring excellent customer service. Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, organized, and meeting Company standards. Maintain a professional image among subordinates and supervisors; schedule employees within Company guidelines to maximize customer service and site image. Supervise and manage functions described in the CSR and ASM job descriptions; use computer systems for reports, inventory control, cash handling, and related tasks. Communicate effectively (oral and written) and ensure timely information flow to all staff and the Market Manager. Develop positive relationships with suppliers; promote service quality and resolve customer complaints promptly. Train employees on safety procedures and promote safety awareness. Prepare performance appraisals and provide feedback; ensure customer service, site image, and marketing standards are met. Organize and maintain store files and manuals; manage reports and ensure proper merchandising, pricing, and signage. Monitor financials by analyzing daily sales and expenses, budgeting and forecasting P&L, and safeguarding funds. Qualifications

High School diploma or GED preferred; retail sales experience preferred. Experience supervising and training staff; ability to supervise equipment, tools, and materials. Proficiency with computers for reports, inventory, cash control, and notices. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to/from bank and management meetings. Ability to communicate in English (oral and written). Ability to perform duties as assigned by supervisor. Job Details

Shift availability: Days, Evenings, Overnight Job Type: Full Time Working Conditions

Most work indoors; may require outdoor tasks (e.g., cleaning parking lots, pumps, housekeeping). Occasional cold temperatures in walk-in cooler/freezer; occasional noise. Work with minimal supervision; lead as an effective manager and supervisor. Equal Employment Opportunity
