Operate all equipment. Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler. Prepare product. Receive and process telephone orders. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facility approximately daily. Training

Orientation and on-the-job training are provided. Communication Skills

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person. Essential Functions/Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used). Must be able to make correct monetary change. Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders; motor coordination for precise movements with speed. Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area. Must navigate various delivery sites while carrying product. Work Conditions

Exposure to varying weather conditions, in-store temperatures from 36 to 90+ degrees, fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces up to 500 degrees, sharp edges and moving parts, and driving in varying conditions. SENSING

Talking and hearing on telephone; near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks. Depth perception; ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces; far and night vision for driving. TEMPERAMENTS

The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze data, and make judgments and decisions. Qualifications

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS include, but are not limited to: Standing

Most tasks are performed while standing. Work surfaces range from 36" to 48" high; floors may be ceramic tile or linoleum. Walking

Short-distance walking as needed within the store and for deliveries. Sitting

A desk or table is used for paperwork. Lifting/Carrying

Deliveries may involve lifting up to 50 pounds; cases are lifted from the floor and stacked; trays, ingredients, and supplies are carried as part of daily duties. Pushing/Pulling

Moving trays on dollies; pushing/pulling loads up to 7.5 pounds. Climbing/Crouching/Squatting/Reaching

Occasional climbing of stairs or ladders; bending, crouching, squatting, and reaching to stock and access items. Driving

Deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area; may make several deliveries per shift. Requires a valid driver's license and a safe driving record. Equipment

Use of pencils, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, and pizza peel. Requires

Valid driver's license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
