Non-profit Organizations Responsibilities

Drive organization-wide user adoption of enterprise systems through various training programs, peer support initiatives, and custom workshops. Facilitate training on tools including AI platforms, SaaS software, collaboration platforms, workflow automation, analytics dashboards, AMS software and other association technologies as assigned. Collaborate as an internal consultant to assist in the evaluation of new third-party tools or platforms for business alignment. Lead development of end-user documentation, SOPs, onboarding materials, and self-service guides to ensure effective technology use. Lead cross-functional discovery sessions to assess technology needs, gaps, and opportunities. Act as a strategic IT liaison between departments to recommend technology-driven improvements to business processes. Serve as subject matter expert for various systems as assigned. Conduct ongoing needs assessments and user feedback analysis to identify barriers to effective use of systems and recommend user-centric improvements. Manage pilot programs for new tools, guiding early adoption and documenting outcomes. Apply ADLM’s project management framework and change management practices to ensure a successful deployment of new technologies and upgrades. Maintain a broad working knowledge of technology trends and their practical implications for the association. Represent the IT department at internal forums and events promoting digital empowerment. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information systems or a related technical field. 5+ years of experience in a business analyst, change enablement, training, or technology adoption role. 3+ years of designing and delivering technology training programs, with measurable outcomes. Demonstrated success in leading enterprise technology implementations with extensive staff interaction and support. Demonstrated understanding of AI tools for business use, digital collaboration platforms, and low-code/no-code tools. Strong analytical thinking and a passion for helping others use technology effectively. Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Proven experience in creating technical documentation and user support content tailored to non-technical audiences. Proficiency in modern workplace platforms such as Microsoft 365, Zoom, Salesforce/Nimble, Power BI, Smartsheet, etc. Ability to effectively manage multiple initiatives, adapt quickly, and collaborate across teams.
