Overview
The Acquisitions Analyst III is responsible for conducting thorough research and analysis to identify potential acquisition targets and evaluate their financial performance and strategic fit. Works independently as a specialist on complex technical and business matters. As a federal contractor, CNI is a drug-free workplace and adheres to the Federal Controlled Substances Act.

Conducts comprehensive research and analysis to identify potential acquisition targets in line with the organization’s growth strategy.
Evaluates financial statements, market trends, and industry data to assess the financial performance and strategic fit of potential targets.
Performs due diligence on potential acquisitions, including analyzing financial statements, conducting market research, and assessing risks and opportunities.
Prepares detailed financial models and valuation analyses to determine the potential value and return on investment of potential acquisitions.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to gather necessary information and ensure smooth execution of the acquisition process.
Prepares and presents reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Monitors and tracks industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential acquisition opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of four to seven (4-7) years relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property.

Compensation The estimated pay range for this role is $107K to $130K, with the final offer contingent on location, skillset, and experience.
