The Role: WMS Solutions Architect

You will own software solution architecture across multiple categories, ensuring alignment with enterprise and data architecture standards. In this role, youll design, build, and ensure the integrity of IS solutions and services, while also consulting and supporting the implementation of new WMS technologies. Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to deliver functional specifications and solution design for WMS. Lead configuration and development of Blue Yonder WMS based on business requirements. Maintain integration design blueprints between WMS and enterprise systems (ERP, TMS, OT/PLC, etc.). Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and propose efficiency-driven improvements. Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for Blue Yonder implementations or upgrades. Conduct gap analysis, system testing (unit, UAT, regression), and resolve system defects. Deliver training and day-to-day support for WMS end-users. Stay updated on new Blue Yonder WMS features and evaluate their business benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in IT, Supply Chain, Business, or related field. 8+ years implementing, configuring, and developing in Blue Yonder WMS (formerly JDA). Strong knowledge of warehouse processes (inventory, picking, packing, shipping). Hands-on system integration, data migration, and troubleshooting experience. Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and EDI integration tools preferred. Blue Yonder certifications and Agile/Scrum experience a plus.
