Overview
Senior Delivery Consultant - Cloud Application Architecture, AWS Professional Services. The AWS ProServe team is seeking a skilled Delivery Consultant to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet customers\' technical requirements and business objectives. You will drive customer success through the cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities
Design and implement complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies Act as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies Share knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience architecting and delivering enterprise-scale cloud solutions, with deep expertise in microservices and distributed systems 3+ years of consulting experience working with enterprise customers Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience with microservices and distributed systems implementation on cloud and one or more programming languages (Java, Python, Node.js, .NET) 4+ years of experience designing scalable, resilient cloud applications, containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation) and AWS Professional certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer Professional) preferred Experience with automation/scripting (e.g., Terraform, Python); knowledge of security and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) Strong communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences Experience with additional AWS services (e.g., ECS, EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, SageMaker, Bedrock, Amazon Q) Experience integrating AWS AI/ML services (SageMaker, Bedrock, Amazon Q) and understanding of AI/ML governance and responsible AI practices Location expectations: It is expected to work from one of the above locations (or customer sites) at least 1+ days per week. This is not a remote position; you should be in the office or with customers as needed.
