Job Description
The Wine Administrator at Zero Bond Las Vegas is a key member of the beverage program; responsible for assisting with the outlet wine list, controlling cost, maintaining wine storage areas (Wine Lockers), keeping accurate inventory, training outlet staff in proper wine service, communicating with guests in a clear and professional manner, and providing excellent guests service according to Zero Bond service standards. The ideal candidate possesses deep wine knowledge, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to curate personalized experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to Zero Bond wine department team.
Liase with lead sommelier to support wine sales, creating marketing materials and monitoring daily wine orders.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the wine list, including new additions and seasonal offerings.
Conduct regular training sessions for staff to elevate their wine knowledge.
Develop educational materials and resources to support ongoing staff development.
Consult with membership team on wine locker sales and partnership opportunities.
Oversee inventory management of wine locker & cigar program, ensuring members' selections are properly stored and maintained.
Track wine purchases, updating inventory and assisting inventory control with period-end reviews.
Manage product costing sheets to support accurate COGS reporting.
Coordinate with the General Manager, Executive Chef & Member events manager on special events and tastings to enhance their experience and encourage retention.
Actively update the by-the-glass menu and outlet collateral to reflect seasonal changes.
Maintain accurate records of wine purchases, usage, and costs in accordance with Zero Bond’s budgeted beverage cost.
Assist, in conjunction with the Member events manager with planning, preparation and execution of wine related events.
Manage incoming deliveries, mis-, spoilage and returns.
Liase between event team and member to assist with upselling wines based on event needs.
Gather feedback to continuously improve the wine program and guest experience.
Ability to assist with wine service on the floor and perform tasks assigned by general manager in response to business needs.

Job Qualifications
Candidates must be able to communicate, read and write in English fluently and in a professional manner.
Requires a minimum of 3 years' work experience as a lead sommelier or manager in a luxury dining establishment.
Requires advanced service knowledge and expertise of wines, including vintages, regions, and varietals.
Sommelier Certification a plus.
Cigar knowledge a plus.
Requires the ability to work efficiently and within a team environment.
Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times.
Applicants must be 21 years of age or above.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands
Must be able to work on your feet for at least 10 hours
Fast paced movements are required to go from one part of the club to others
Must be able to move, pull, carry or lift of up to 50 pounds on occasion and 35 pounds regularly
Occasional environmental exposures to cold, heat, and water.
Ability to kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required.
Work in smoke environment.
