Strong industry background with one or more domestic OEMs (e.g., Ford, GM, Chrysler). Extensive General Manager-level experience, with full P&L responsibility and deep understanding of fixed operations. Multi-rooftop leadership experience preferred, but not required. Ability to build, lead, and retain great teams across multiple locations. Proven track record of high sales efficiency and strong service absorption. Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow with ownership opportunity. Job Details
