Director of Supply Chain . This position is designed to strategically align the supply chain strategy and operations across multiple sites. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader to enhance coordination, drive efficiency, and support scalable growth. You will improve supplier performance and partnerships through a structured supplier development program focused on quality, delivery, cost, and capacity. Responsibilities

Leverage the Ensign Bickford Operating System (EBOS) to develop the infrastructure, talent and processes needed to support a growing electronics business. Improve supplier performance and partnerships through a structured supplier development program focused on quality, delivery, cost, and capacity. Drive lean & continuous improvement initiatives; lead Kaizen events delivering improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Lead supplier management, ensuring compliance with aerospace and defense regulations as well as best-in-class VOC. Oversee ERP and MRP planning systems implementation and optimization to enhance visibility and decision-making. Partner with the BU President, senior leadership and enterprise HR to align supply chain with business strategy and support organizational design, change management and workforce planning. Plan, execute and deliver complex initiatives on time and within budget; ensure factory readiness and successful production launches. Build and manage cross-site supply chain capabilities to enable agility and scalable growth. Qualifications

BS in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or similar. Masters’ degree a plus. Minimum 15+ years’ supply chain experience at an electronics manufacturing company. Experience with fast-paced new product development at a high-mix/low-volume aerospace/defense company strongly preferred. Experience in managing, training, mentoring and coaching leaders. Experience in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or technology industries preferred. Proven ability to lead through change and influence cross-functional teams. Proven success in leading supply chain transformations and managing complex supplier ecosystems. In-depth understanding of ERP/MRP planning systems. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. Passion for people, innovation, and continuous improvement. Base Salary: $200k – $250k plus annual bonus. Executive Relocation: Comprehensive support for a seamless transition.
