Responsibilities
Key thought-partner and advisor to the regional team, working with the S&O Team Lead, Regional Team Leader, and other senior leaders
Support strategic initiatives with financial modeling and data mining analysis
Prepare impactful visual presentations of complex data to facilitate decision making
Manage the annual budget and reforecast process for the regional team, in collaboration with the team lead, executives, and S&O lead
Prepare data analyses with complementary strategic recommendations
Lead development and implementation of analyses and processes for business partner functions from concept to rollout
Develop long-range (3-year) planning for the regional team
Identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and service quality
Own regional operational analytics, including pulling and analyzing sales, margin, and staffing data
Lead analysis of KPIs including utilization ratio, sales metrics, market share/potential, reimbursable expenses, and project pricing
Leverage Power BI and other tools to generate insights for business development and marketing strategies
Staffing & Resource Optimization
Advise on staffing and hiring decisions based on headcount against budget
Coordinate staffing needs with senior leadership and Talent Acquisition
Maintain records of projects, team members, and staffing assignments in Monday.com
Track and manage staffing needs and questions with the S&O Lead and Client Onboarding
Ensure timely communication and next steps for staffing decisions
Scaling Operations
Collaborate with the S&O Lead to create Team West regional implementation plans for new resources and initiatives
Execute quarterly reforecasting and annual budgeting with the S&O Lead
Advise on process enhancements for annual activities (focal reviews, strategic plan, etc.)
Audit corporate reports and plan to leverage available data
Provide guidance on team needs (structure, emerging leaders) for near- and long-term needs
Team Communications & Support
Maintain information used for Monthly Team Calls and Learning Hubs
Support team gatherings with operational, content, and administrative support (regional convenings, retreats, leadership meetings)
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
5+ years' experience in operations, strategy, or project management
Strong skills in financial and operational data analysis
Experience with staffing/resource planning and team coordination
Proficient in Power BI, Excel, and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proven ability to lead process improvements and scale operations
Comfortable working cross-functionally and advising leadership

Compensation SALARY RANGE:
$80,000 - $105,000
The exact salary varies within range based on years of relevant experience and education.
