Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is a luxury property located on Florida’s Gulf Coast in Old Naples. The resort includes 156 beachfront private residences and a 222-room hotel with a full range of amenities and experiences.
About the role
The Assistant Manager of Technology Innovation & Data is responsible for supporting the efficient operation, maintenance, and security of all computer systems, networks, and data/voice communication infrastructure across the property. This role ensures seamless daily technology operations, assists with system upgrades and troubleshooting, and supports users in maintaining the highest levels of functionality and service. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
What You Will Do
Be part of the pre-opening team
Maintain professional and collaborative relationships with all hotel departments and corporate teams
Support hotel staff and guests with technology-related needs, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness
Ensure 24/7 availability and operational stability of critical systems, including property management, point of sale, and communication platforms
Administer user accounts, system configurations, and security protocols to ensure proper system access and data integrity
Monitor and support server and network infrastructure, including performance, updates, and troubleshooting
Provide desktop support for operating systems and business applications, including software updates and patch management
Coordinate with third-party vendors for service delivery, issue resolution, and technology upgrades
Support systems related to back office, sales and catering, and human resources, ensuring operational continuity across departments
Participate in technology rollouts, acquisitions, and other large-scale IT initiatives at the property level
Uphold and implement brand technology standards and best practices across all systems and processes
Manage system backups, recovery procedures, and antivirus/security tools to ensure business continuity
Provide technical support for meeting spaces, conference services, and in-room guest internet access where applicable
Contribute to IT budgeting, documentation, and planning for both capital and operational expenditures
Assist with ongoing improvements to network infrastructure, security, and failover systems
Perform additional duties as assigned by IT and Finance leadership.
What You Bring
College degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Minimum of three years of experience in hotel IT operations
Experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality environments is required
Strong working knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure within a hotel setting
Proficient in operating computer equipment and relevant hotel systems (e.g., PMS, POS, network infrastructure)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
