Overview
Product Manager, Anti-Fraud Solutions - USDS Role focused on developing risk control strategies by analyzing user behavior, content, and feedback; improving product safety mechanisms; and implementing risk solution plans. You will collaborate with technical and analytical teams to build and enhance systems for risk perception, identification, intervention, and governance effect measurement. This position requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. The role may involve balancing trade-offs among seller experience, user experience, creator experience, and platform performance. This role follows TikTok’s hybrid work model with some in-office requirements as directed by management. Responsibilities
Develop forward-looking risk control strategies by analyzing user behavior, content, user feedback, and other data. Drive the improvement and upgrade of product safety mechanisms, and be responsible for the effectiveness of risk solution plans. Collaborate with technology and analytics teams to build and improve risk perception, identification, intervention, and governance effect measurement systems. Design common risk control products and services that support different business units. Reduce capital loss and improve metrics related to risk exposure by building a systematic framework of risk management that covers the entire lifecycle of the business. Manage prioritization and balance trade-offs among seller experience, user experience, creator experience, and platform performance/protection within the ecosystem. Engage with stakeholders across business, operations, technology, and security/risk to solve risk issues at scale. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Math, Statistics, or related fields. 3+ years of relevant experience in antifraud, finance services, risk management, or trust & safety. Analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and drive actions. Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment and driving innovation for internal and external stakeholders. Understanding of new fraud motives and ability to diagnose key control points, with strong communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in fraud prevention and detection. Familiarity with e-commerce risk management and ecosystem management; strategic business sensitivity is advantageous. Ability to draw actionable insights from datasets; knowledge of SQL, Python, or equivalent is a plus. Strong communication skills. About USDS
