About the Company A leading global investment management firm is seeking a Financial Reporting Specialist to join its dynamic team. Role Overview This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of pooled investment products, including U.S. and international funds. The successful candidate will gain exposure to complex product types such as fixed income, equities, asset allocation, and derivatives. Key Responsibilities Review financial statements and portfolio holdings for various fund types (SEC-registered, hedge funds, international domiciled funds). Collaborate with financial reporting managers and internal teams (Operations, Legal) on disclosures. Liaise with auditors to resolve accounting issues and oversee audit confirmations. Support treasury functions including expense processing, budgeting, and fee calculations. Research and document accounting/disclosure matters and implement new rules. Coordinate with fund accountants, custodians, and administrators to ensure accurate financial reporting. Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience. Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP; international fund experience is a plus. Experience with various fund structures (e.g., multi-class, offshore, master-feeder).
