We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented
Senior Financial Analyst
to join our FP&A team. This role will be instrumental in driving strategic decision-making through insightful analysis, forecasting, and reporting, while leveraging advanced Excel and Power BI skills to deliver meaningful insights. Responsibilities
Lead components of the annual budget, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, including template development, consolidation, and analysis. Develop and maintain dynamic financial models to support strategic initiatives and scenario planning. Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analyses to track performance against budget. Drive process improvements and automation projects (Excel/Power BI) to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Deliver ad hoc analysis and reporting to support leadership in decision-making. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance. Advanced skills in Excel (VBA preferred), financial modeling, and Power BI. Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting, and business drivers. Effective communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and planning tools (Anaplan, Essbase) preferred. Skills & Attributes
Strong analytical skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
