The Oracle Services practice assists national consulting practices in planning, pursuing, delivering and managing large, complex full lifecycle initiatives, with experience in Oracle applications and technology space. The group advises clients to understand, architect and implement the core applications and technology required to run their business. Your focus will be on helping clients achieve key benefits including: An optimal applications portfolio and governance structure that aligns with IT strategy and business architecture Improvement in application performance driving higher customer (internal and external) satisfaction Cost reduction and better investment decisions for applications infrastructure and services Thought leadership and be a trusted advisor for CXOs Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with key stakeholders and client executives Lead and manage global delivery teams responsible for activities related to technical workstreams during project planning, requirements definition, development, testing, cutover, training and rollout of Oracle cloud implementations Guide teams on integrating Oracle Cloud applications with the application ecosystem, migrating data, and establishing data privacy and data security; lead customers through Oracle Cloud Services Ecosystem Develop applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership and accelerators to differentiate EY in ERP advisory Understand vendor product roadmaps, features and functionalities and share knowledge with teams Partner with other practices to imagine, architect, design and deliver innovative solutions Be responsible for overall architecture, design and technical oversight of complex Oracle Cloud initiatives in customer engagements Participate in customer engagement planning and sales efforts; capture and document customer requirements Develop people by encouraging independence, delegation and timely performance reviews Skills And Attributes For Success
Collaborate with client technology professionals and partners to deliver technology solutions Demonstrate quality project execution and delivery, monitor economics and adjust scope, timing and resources as needed Develop people by encouraging independent thinking and providing feedback and training Generate new business opportunities by understanding EY and its service lines and applying knowledge and services Develop long-term relationships and networks internally and externally Lead a technology team through all phases of the technology lifecycle Communicate effectively with HR and technology management executives To qualify, candidates must have
Bachelor’s degree and ~15 years of related experience; or a graduate degree with ~12 years of related experience 12–15 years of ERP application implementation experience in roles such as Technical Lead or Enterprise Application Integration lead, with at least 6 years in a managerial/IT integration role Multiple full-cycle Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle EBS implementations, preferably for large global organizations Proven track record leading development teams for integration, data migration and reports development for Oracle Cloud Knowledge of integration tools/technologies such as Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi or similar Experience with Oracle methodologies (OUM or AIM) Proficient with Agile approaches and hybrid-agile tools Strong communication, presentation and client-service skills, with interest in aligning enterprise processes with technology Prior consulting experience building trusted relationships with C-level executives Willingness and ability to travel as needed What We Look For
