Responsibilities

Own the development of content strategies across business units and campaigns

Produce high-quality articles, white papers, blogs, email marketing messages, case studies, presentation content and web copy

Serve as an outstanding writer, consistent with our company’s tone and mission.

Acquire a detailed understanding of our customers and address their difficulties and reasons for making decisions, build content that resonates with customers at every stage of the sales process.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and customer challenges in order to build a more effective editorial calendar

Collaborate with Market Development, Product Management and Regional Commercial leads to develop content roadmap that aligns to business priorities, campaigns, product launches and events.

Understand bioprocessing applications and ask thoughtful questions to strengthen messaging and identify areas for further development.

Encourage team members to adopt better content creation practices through frequent testing of new content formats and distribution channels, including championing the increased use of data visualization

Source and leverage critical metrics to advise content strategy and be a thought partner to Market Development in conceptualising marketing strategies.

Partner with Market Development to craft impactful, content-rich, multichannel nurture programs.

Work with other Content leaders across the organization to implement standard processes.

Continuously measure and improve content performance; build reports using data and other digital tools

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred; MBA is a plus

5+ years in Content Marketing, with leadership experience

Experience in content marketing, with a consistent track record of crafting impactful content.

Writing Proficiency: Outstanding writing and editing skills, with experience crafting content for diverse formats (blogs, emails, social posts, whitepapers) and audiences.

Familiarity with content management systems

Highly organized, with the ability to lead multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Experience with marketing automation platforms and familiarity with SEO tools.

Compensation and Benefits The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $130,000.00–$194,950.00.
