The Job We are seeking a proactive and highly organized marketing assistant to support the Regional Vice President of Marketing in Washington, DC. This role requires exceptional organizational capabilities, attention to detail and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience managing dynamic workflows within a fast-paced environment.
What This Role Will Do
Perform a range of administrative and marketing support duties for the Regional Vice President of Marketing
Help compose and prepare PowerPoint presentations as directed by the Regional Vice President to promote departmental objectives
Work with other members of the marketing department as requested
Schedule and coordinate meetings as directed
Submit expense reports as requested
Provide general administrative support and perform diversified administrative duties
Assist with any grassroots marketing campaigns (ordering flyers/posters, shipping materials)
Assist with cross-promotion across all-area Live Nation events
Assist with artist and market research as directed
Assist in additional duties as needed
This position will work 30 hours a week

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment while juggling multiple tasks
Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve independently
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work in a very busy, high-pressure, team setting
Strong collaboration skills - can work well with navigating various stakeholders and teams
