Manage all phases of client engagements, including primary client relationship maintenance. Proactively manage tax compliance and provide tax advisory services. Develop and coach professional staff; deliver exceptional client service; maintain strong client relationships. Participate in practice development: help attract and serve new clients, expand services to existing clients, and recruit/retain team members. Understand and manage firm risk on tax services performed; review complex tax returns; grow technical knowledge; deliver value-added tax planning ideas. Expertise areas
High net worth individuals, personal returns, trust returns, and gift & estate planning Privately held businesses including partnerships, S Corporations, and/or C Corporations Private equity backed portfolio companies Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of relevant tax experience including technical tax consulting, research, and planning strategies. Minimum of 2 years supervising multiple direct reports and reviewing their work. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting. Active CPA license. Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
