As a manager in the Medical Group Optimization (MGO) Division, you will partner with the industry’s best to deliver solutions for physician and advanced practice provider compensation design, administration, valuation, and compliance within healthcare organizations. You will help improve governance, operations, and provider compensation strategies, with a focus on medical groups, hospitals, and affiliated entities. Your Responsibilities May Include

Managing selected client relationships Leading client presentations and information-gathering efforts Developing and managing work plans, schedules, and budgets Defining project analyses and deliverables Leading teams and implementing recommended solutions Working on multiple engagements and communicating progress Coaching junior team members and developing technical expertise Identifying follow-on opportunities and helping scope and close engagements Collaborating with ECG senior consulting leaders Drafting proposals and learning ECG’s breadth of solutions Balancing consulting work with personal life Your Qualifications

Strong knowledge of and passion for the healthcare industry Master’s degree in business administration and/or health-related field; bachelor’s degree in business or health-related field preferred 6+ years of progressive experience in compensation advisory design services in healthcare consulting or provider organizations Track record of solving complex problems and delivering projects Diagnostic, analytical, and quantitative skills Strong client service history and demonstrated career progression Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong written and verbal presentation skills Ability to travel 25-50% of the time Job Locations

Preferred locations: Chicago, Dallas, or Minneapolis Other locations: Atlanta, Boston, San Diego, St. Louis, or Washington, D.C. Hybrid schedule, with a minimum of two days per week in office when not traveling What You Can Expect From Us

The base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $176,000 annually, with eligibility for ECG’s annual incentive program and benefits including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) match, unlimited PTO, and wellness programs.
