The Post PTO (Permission to Operate) Success Manager is responsible for creating and executing the process for Homeowners to transfer the ownership or purchase their Third Party Owned (TPO) systems. The manager will manage relationships with servicing partners, analyze customer inquiries, and be the main point of contact to our business partners across the organization. This role will support and contribute to the business\'s operations in scaling the company’s growth. This position reports to the Head of EnFin Strategy & Ops or another member of senior management that the President of the EnFin or Head of EnFin Strategy & Ops may designate. Candidates may work out of our corporate offices in the following locations: Remote, USA. Responsibilities

Develop process & policies of Transfer and Buyout of TPO (Third Party Owned) system Execute Transfer and Buyout related tasks with relevant stakeholders under EnFin and its affiliates Execute TPO customer’s Transfer and/or Buyout request and manage those requests’ status Manage business initiatives to support EnFin contractual obligations throughout the PPA or Lease term Support Servicing Vendor in executing TPO Product Guidelines and EnFin policies Coordination across EnFin Organization and third party vendors for servicing and O&M priorities Project manage key platform/ process enhancements by developing business requirements and interfacing with EnFin enterprise stakeholders Maintain knowledge of the organization’s products, services, and customer service policies and update procedures as needed Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree 5+ years of work experience in a credit operations, customer service, or administrative role Strong project management skills with an ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects to meet aggressive deadlines Desire to proactively engage with business partners to identify opportunities for business process improvements and cost savings Familiarity with customer-relationship management (CRM) software programs. Previous experience working in solar finance / contract transfers and assumptions Advanced knowledge of business operations and project planning Exceptional ability to identify future business opportunities and mitigate compliance risks All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
