Davis Wright Tremaine LLP . We are seeking a midlevel Healthcare Litigation associate with a minimum of three years’ experience to join our Healthcare practice group. The candidate will join a team representing healthcare providers in a wide range of matters, including litigation, government investigations, regulatory matters, and transactions. Experience in litigation including responsibility for pleadings, motions, discovery, and depositions is preferred. Experience representing healthcare clients is a plus but not required. The candidate must be or become a member of the Washington State Bar. This position is based in the Seattle office, with relocation and bar expenses paid when applicable per DWT policy. We welcome candidates who currently live elsewhere but are interested in relocating to Seattle and encourage them to apply. We prefer candidates with law firm, judicial clerkship or government experience, an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong client-service ethic, and outstanding interpersonal skills. DWT’s working atmosphere is fun, fast-paced, and collegial, and this role is for a partner-track associate position. Responsibilities
Practice responsibilities include pleadings, motions, discovery, and depositions in healthcare-related matters. Represent healthcare providers in litigation, government investigations, regulatory matters, and transactions. Collaborate with colleagues to build a comprehensive healthcare practice. Qualifications
Minimum of three years of healthcare litigation experience or related practice. Active member of the Washington State Bar or must become one. Experience in law firm, judicial clerkship, or government settings preferred. Strong client-service ethic, entrepreneurial mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to relocate to Seattle; relocation and bar expenses paid when applicable per policy. Application Process

The annualized salary range for this position in Washington is $225,000 to $330,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on education, training, experience and other factors permitted by law. Full-time employees may be eligible for a bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance with optional HSA, long-term disability, dental, vision, life insurance, healthcare and dependent care flexible spending accounts, 401(k), vacation, sick time, 10 paid holidays each year, and an employee assistance program. Initial sick leave is 80 hours per year; vacation varies by client needs. Additional voluntary benefits programs include voluntary accident insurance, life, disability, long-term care, and pet insurance. Commuter and transit programs are available.
