Global Head of Talent Management
position at a global trading firm. Location: Chicago, IL | Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote). You will lead and grow the client’s Talent Management team, shaping the employee experience and driving business success. Reporting to the Global CHRO, you’ll lead a team of 6 HRBPs and managers, providing strategic and hands-on HR leadership across the firm. This role combines strategic influence with practical execution. Responsibilities
Shape and implement programs across the talent lifecycle, including performance management, employee engagement, and leadership development Drive career pathing, succession planning, and talent mapping Develop data-driven HR strategies and enhance the employee experience Coach leaders to foster a high-performance, values-driven culture What We’re Looking For
15+ years of HR experience, ideally in finance, tech, start-ups, or trading Strong HRBP expertise with a track record of managing senior managers (18–20+ years of experience) Hands-on, pragmatic approach—comfortable in dynamic, unstructured environments Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree not necessary Strong collaborator with excellent influencing and coaching skills Why You’ll Love It Here
