Responsibilities
Solicit, refine, and document requirements for an enterprise dashboard by working directly with stakeholders and senior leaders
Translate stakeholder desires and requirements into actionable dashboard features
Provide program management support, maintaining schedule and performance, and update the client on progress
Provide support for the collection and integration of financial data, including the data calls to collect such information, to include determining the appropriate analytic methods to develop reports and briefings
Review monthly financial data, monitor, reconcile, and report data against plans, forecasts, and budget targets, as needed to perform analysis and generate summary and detail reports and executive level information papers
Perform support and analysis activities to document financial execution for budget accounts and design and test the integration and accuracy of financial data in dashboards. Assist with the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Qualifications
Master’s degree from an accredited college/university
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience - Or Additional six years of experience in a related field is required if the individual does not have a master’s degree
At least three years of experience with DoD financial management analytics and reconciliations
Willing to work onsite at the Pentagon daily
Must possess a Secret clearance
Demonstrated experience with data analytics and visualization
Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
Must have the ability to quickly understand both business and technical concepts
Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into technical requirements
Demonstrated experience working directly with customers
Demonstrated customer service abilities
Demonstrated experience multi-tasking across multiple projects
Excellent writing skills and the ability to quickly deliver quality written products in constrained time periods
Must have outstanding communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders across DoD
Must have experience in managing customer expectations and working directly with customers on various ad hoc requests
Preferred Qualifications
Extensive experience in translating stakeholder requirements into executable solutions
Experience with Congressional appropriation tracking, supplemental funding requests, and execution reporting
Experience with DoD budget analysis and justification
Experience with Qlik
Salary The expected salary range for this position is between $103,000 and $180,000. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).
