is seeking a strategic and collaborative HR Business Partner to support our global Functions—including Finance, Legal, IT, Supply Chain, R& and EHS. This role serves as a trusted advisor to senior functional leaders, driving talent strategies that enable business performance, organizational agility, and workforce resilience across global teams.

Vice President, Global Talent

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic HR partner to global leaders across enabling functions, aligning talent strategies with business priorities.

Lead the deployment of global HR initiatives in areas such as strategic workforce planning, succession management, internal mobility, career pathing and organizational design.

Provide coaching and counsel to senior leaders on talent development, team effectiveness, and change leadership.

Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise (CoEs) to deliver integrated solutions across performance management, compensation, and employee engagement.

Monitor organizational health and proactively address talent risks, including retention, readiness, and capability gaps.

Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and global HR policies, partnering with legal and compliance teams as needed.

Use data and insights to inform decision-making and measure the impact of HR interventions.

Your Profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner supporting global or regional functions in a matrixed organization.

Strong understanding of HR operations, talent management, and organizational development.

Experience navigating complex organizational structures and driving change across geographies.

Demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
