We’re just getting started, and we want you to help us shape the future of money! Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness in the US market. Act as the primary marketing lead for the US, collaborating closely with the Head of US and providing strategic insights. Coordinate and align US marketing initiatives with the global marketing team, reporting to Mercuryo’s CMO, to ensure consistency and leverage best practices. Lead local marketing campaigns, digital advertising, partnerships, and community outreach efforts. Coordinate on Partner and Product initiatives with global Partner and Product Marketing leads, PR with Mercuryo’s PR team, and Content with Mercuryo’s Content team. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Manage relationships with agencies, media partners, and other stakeholders to amplify reach. Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, optimizing strategies for maximum ROI. Develop and oversee marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and results within the US team. What We’re Looking For

Proven track record of leading successful marketing programs in the crypto, fintech, or tech industry in the US market. 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Deep understanding of the US crypto ecosystem, business needs, consumer behavior, and regulatory landscape. Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Data-driven decision-making with a strong grasp of analytics and marketing tools. Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities. What We Offer
