Spring 2026: Early Talent Access Co-op (January through June) at SharkNinja. This full-time, 40-hour-per-week co-op is located in Needham, MA with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite and the remaining days remote. The compensation range is $25/hr – $34/hr, determined by a standardized scale based on your educational level. There is no relocation or housing assistance. Work Period and Location

January 2026 through June 2026. This is a full-time internship-like opportunity with onsite and remote work mix in Needham, MA. Responsibilities

Contribute to full-cycle recruiting efforts for interns and co-ops, including job postings, resume reviews, interview coordination, and candidate communications. Support SharkNinja’s Early Talent recruitment strategy by planning and attending campus events, building university partnerships, and managing candidate pipelines. Collaborate with Employer Branding and Marketing teams to create engaging content promoting programs and culture across digital and campus channels. Assist with program design and delivery for interns and co-ops, including welcome activities, engagement events, and visibility opportunities. Research best practices and trends in early talent recruitment, diversity outreach, and intern engagement; present insights to the team. Contribute to planning and execution of internal and external events for candidates, interns, and hiring managers. Track recruiting metrics and candidate engagement data to inform strategy and improve efficiency. Share feedback and ideas to continuously improve recruitment and program experience. Qualifications and Skills

Must be currently enrolled in an associate’s, bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral program, or have graduated within the past year. Must be able to work a full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedule with a minimum of 3 days onsite per week in Needham, MA. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Excellent visual communication skills with attention to detail and the ability to tell data-driven stories visually. Adaptable and flexible, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Canva, Excel, PowerPoint, and social media platforms. Experience planning and executing events. Proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for early career recruitment, employer branding, and helping others grow. Prior student leadership experience is preferred (e.g., peer mentorship, orientation leadership, admissions, or student ambassador roles). About SharkNinja
