Who You Are We are seeking an entrepreneurial scientific leader who combines intellectual rigor with practical execution to advance our pipeline. You will serve as the scientific lead for multiple preclinical programs where structural biology is a key component of the discovery process. This role involves designing, executing, and interpreting experiments, shaping research strategy, mentoring junior scientists, and contributing to a growing, interdisciplinary team.
