at JD Logistics - Americas, you will be responsible for managing and executing the development and delivery of tailored solutions for local sales and market opportunities. Your focus will be on creating Americas-specific supply chain and logistics products that meet the unique needs of the local market. You will work closely with internal teams, customers, and partners to design, implement, and optimize logistics solutions that drive operational efficiency and support business growth. Key Responsibilities
Solution Development:
Manage the development and execution of customized logistics and supply chain solutions specific to the local market. Local Sales and Market Opportunities:
Work closely with the local sales team to identify market opportunities and design solutions that address customer needs and challenges. Customer Engagement:
Partner with Sales Team on the sales process by presenting logistics solutions to potential and existing clients, providing technical expertise and solution insights. Market Analysis:
Analyze the local logistics and supply chain market to identify trends, customer needs, and potential areas for product development. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with various teams including operations, engineering, and technology to ensure solutions are viable, scalable, and sustainable. Product Optimization:
Continuously evaluate and refine Mexico-specific logistics products and solutions to ensure they meet evolving market demands and enhance operational performance. Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Track the performance of implemented solutions and report key metrics to management. Qualifications
Experience:
At least 5+ years in contract logistics, 3PL or eCommerce Fulfillment, with a strong understanding of the US logistics market. Market Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of the US market, including its logistics and supply chain trends, challenges, and opportunities. Team Leadership:
Must have solid experience managing a team of Logistics/Operations Analysts/Specialists. Languages:
Proficiency in Chinese and English (both written and spoken) is strongly preferred. Solution-Oriented:
Strong ability to develop and implement logistics and supply chain solutions tailored to client needs and local market conditions. Communication Skills:
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design innovative solutions to complex logistics challenges. Project Management:
Experience in managing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions. Customer-Focused:
