Base pay range $200,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr
Responsibilities As the Chief Financial Officer, you will become a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for the financial health, strategy, and operational efficiency of a scaling business.
The CFO drives financial strategy, capital planning, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, IT, and operational excellence in procurement, contracts, and inventory management.
This hands-on role oversees all fiscal functions while directly managing day-to-day accounting in the absence of a Controller. You will partner with cross-functional leaders to strengthen financial literacy, inform decision-making, and ensure sustainable financial stewardship.
Lead financial strategy, capital planning, and investment decisions aligned with organizational goals.
Oversee accounting operations including month-end close, reporting, audits, and compliance.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and asset management.
Strengthen banking, audit, and regulatory relationships.
Enhance systems, processes, and reporting tools to improve efficiency and scalability.
Build financial capability across the organization through training and coaching.
Lead and develop Finance, Accounting, IT, Procurement, and Inventory teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or CMA preferred).
10+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership, ideally in a mid-sized manufacturing environment with operational complexity.
Proven success in both strategic and tactical roles, including month-end close, systems build-out, and SOP development.
Technical competency in NetSuite or similar ERP systems, with experience integrating and optimizing reporting tools.
Track record in performance improvement, change management, and building high-performing teams.
