Overview

The role is responsible for supporting the financial planning and analysis for a portion of the Corporate Function portfolio, including scenario planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring. The role emphasizes data-driven financial analysis and collaboration with cross-functional partners to drive cost efficiency, value creation, and informed decision-making. The ideal candidate should have a solid FP&A background and strong analytical and business partnership skills. What You’ll Do

Provide Function stakeholders with financial guidance on key initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and adherence to key financial processes and timelines Conduct scenario planning to evaluate trade-offs and inform decision making on Function priorities Support the preparation and management of the annual budget and long range plan for the Function(s) Execute the estimate and closing processes, including analysis of results and clear reporting of financial performance Prepare and present financial analyses, reports, and performance reviews (e.g., monthly results and KPI dashboards) for senior management Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, providing actionable insights and recommendations Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree – Accounting or Finance; MBA a plus but not required 5 years of experience Experience in fast moving consumer products industry Ability to collaborate and drive cross-functional consensus and strong communication and presentation skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to research, identify and resolve and perform value-added FP&A functions Ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines, organized, and able to manage multiple projects concurrently Ability to work independently and in groups Experience using SAP, OneStream and Excel Leadership Competencies
