$150,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr This is an in-office role based in the Presidio in SF. 150-170K+ DOE + equity, excellent benefits, 401k with matching, and generous PTO. Overview

Mission-driven edtech platform with 40 million users worldwide is looking for an Executive Assistant/Operations to support their CEO and team. This role involves managing the CEO’s calendar, triaging communications, tracking tasks, overseeing office operations, planning team activities, and providing light personal support. Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support to the CEO. Manage the CEO's calendar, strategically coordinating schedules and prioritizing commitments. Inbox management, triaging communications, and drafting responses. Proactively track and follow up on the CEO's tasks and commitments to ensure completion. Oversee office operations, including vendor relationships, workspace optimization, documents and filing, basic financial operations and billing, and cross-team communication. Plan team off-sites and activities. Provide light personal support, such as booking appointments, coordinating personal travel, handling paperwork, and managing occasional personal errands (e.g., car maintenance, dropping off packages). Qualifications

Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment. Exceptionally proactive mindset with the confidence to manage up and drive priorities forward independently. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify potential issues before they arise and drive solutions independently. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft polished, professional emails and documents. Exercises a high level of discretion and maintains strict confidentiality. Flexible, resourceful, and willing to support the organization wherever needed.
