Overview
As a
Senior Product Manager
focused on Financial Management, you will own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for all financial & payment-related capabilities across Enumerate’s platform. You will shape how community associations manage financial transactions—driving new features for payments processing, reconciliations, disbursements, and integrations. This role is highly strategic and cross-functional. You will collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, Finance, and Platform teams, while engaging with customers and the market to uncover insights. You’ll champion the delivery of intelligent, scalable, and compliant payment experiences using emerging technologies including AI. This role requires both a visionary and an operator—someone who thrives in driving outcomes, influencing roadmaps, and ensuring delivery excellence.
Compensation Compensation:
$130,000 - $170,000 / year

Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end roadmap for financial management, including Accounting, Payments, Banking, and Invoicing.
Drive payment strategy including AR & AP solutions including card/ACH transactions, disbursements, and payment reconciliation.
Lead strategic ownership of payment systems, workflows, and processes—billing, invoicing, receivables/payables, reconciliation, and payments processing.
Evaluate and integrate with third-party processors, banks, and payment platforms.
Champion payment security, compliance, and performance.
Define and drive application of AI to streamline financial operations—fraud detection, categorization, automation, and forecasting.
Execution & SDLC Alignment
Translate payment-related needs into detailed product requirements, collaborating with Product Owners and Engineering through the PDLC & SDLC.
Manage delivery milestones, quality gates, and release planning alongside Product Operations.
Ensure comprehensive documentation, GTM, and artifact completeness for all features.
Go-to-Market & Metrics
Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to launch and promote new capabilities.
Define and track KPIs for payment adoption, processing volume, transaction success rates, and time-to-cash.
Lead enablement efforts, customer communications, and rollout strategies.
Customer & Market Intelligence
Conduct competitive and market research to uncover regulatory shifts, industry innovation, or unmet user needs.
Perform customer interviews and market research to identify pain points and opportunities in payments workflows.
Benchmark competitors and maintain awareness of payment industry trends, regulations, and innovations.
Act as a thought leader internally and externally on payments and intelligent financial management.
Leadership & Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for payments across teams and to executive leadership.
Drive alignment across teams and escalate delivery risks early.
Evangelize the product vision and continuously refine strategy based on data and feedback.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
7+ years in Product Management with at least 3 years focused specifically on Payments or FinTech
Deep experience with ACH, card processing, disbursements, and payment reconciliation systems
Proven track record delivering SaaS financial solutions in regulated environments
Experience defining and delivering AI-powered financial features is strongly preferred
Demonstrated success in customer discovery, strategic planning, and cross-functional delivery
Strong communicator and influencer with experience presenting to executive audiences
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
