This role is required to be on-site in Needham, MA three days a week. Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end GTM strategy and execution across SharkNinja’s direct-to-consumer initiatives; orchestrate cross-functional teams including commercial, marketing, product development, and customer experience to optimize launch effectiveness and maximize DTC revenue growth. Lead integrated business planning, combining full-funnel marketing strategies with the product development roadmap. Own the 12-month rolling GTM plan, proactively steering milestones and dependencies to accelerate go-to-market momentum. Establish real-time tracking and reporting systems to monitor progress and surface risks early. Map and connect dependencies across product development, marketing, and CX to build a bold, actionable DTC roadmap. Coordinate alignment sessions and decision forums to ensure clear accountability and shared goals among senior leaders. Drive the DTC end-to-end critical action list to ensure swift risk mitigation and flawless execution; act as the escalation point and resolve tensions between teams; escalate issues to executive leadership as needed. Skills And Qualifications
6-10 years of experience in DTC, GTM strategy, program management, management consulting, or related leadership roles with consumer brands or e-commerce. Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives at a senior level with demonstrated impact on business growth. Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills with experience driving organizational change. Expertise in project/program management methodologies and tools and ability to lead large-scale, integrated planning processes. Leadership Principles
