Responsibilities
Lead product management for a significant portion of the eSignature capabilities, defining and delivering end-to-end features.
Design and build eSignature features end-to-end, from user experience for 1st party applications to APIs for 3rd party developers.
Convert customer, external partner, and internal requests into requirements, prioritize with engineering, and deliver on time.
Provide thought leadership in system architecture such as search, sharing, workflow, and event notifications.
Design complex data flows, business rules, user flows and use cases based on customer needs.
Manage inbound requests, prioritize, design solutions, write specifications, build with engineering, and ship on time.
Job Designation Hybrid:
Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation).
Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. Preferred job designations are not guaranteed when changing positions within Docusign. What you bring Basic
12+ years in product management
Experience with REST APIs and developers
Technical background with ability to engage in system design with engineering
Experience working cross-functionally with Product Management, Design, Engineering, Operations, Program Management, Marketing, Sales and Customer Support
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent or software engineering experience
Preferred
Experience with platform architecture and distributed systems
Experience building and using telemetry to review application performance and make data-driven decisions
Experience working in cross-functional teams and ability to influence others
Compensation Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area):
$170,900.00 - $251,325.00 base salary
Incentives
Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
