About the Role We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representative to manage software order operations for a defined portfolio of customers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all order-related activities including processing, shipping schedules, invoicing, and post-delivery support
* Handle software orders and complex resources across a set customer portfolio
* Track licenses, maintenance, and entitlements for each customer
* Create and follow up on customer quotes
* Maintain and update customer account databases
* Provide responsive support to customer and internal department inquiries
* Participate in cross-functional project teams as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree (required)
* 3+ years of customer service experience or equivalent
* Strong communication, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficiency in Excel and data entry
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues independently
* Comfortable working inbound support and help desk-style inquiries
* Enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
