As
VP/Director, Video and Multimedia , you will provide investment leadership across paid video channels, including Linear TV, Addressable TV, and streaming video. You will manage the video investment teams to ensure a consistent go-to-market approach and create synergies with our media strategy to exceed campaign KPIs. You’ll play a strategic role in developing cross-platform video approaches and implementing innovative strategies across linear, streaming, and addressable TV to grow our clients’ business. You will bring an innovative approach to planning and buying, identify new opportunities, and negotiate to achieve value for clients. Responsibilities Overseeing development of cross-channel video strategies and analysis for clients, collaborating with Media Strategy, Media Precision, Account Management, and Measurement teams to ensure work is strategically aligned and on-brief Serving as a central point of contact for clients and internal teams for the broader video investment portfolio Speaking fluently to all video channels, leveraging deep expertise across channels Building and fostering strong partnerships with media partners in the video ecosystem, including negotiations and cross-channel investments; advising on product roadmaps and agency wishes Using data and audience insights, plus historical performance, to validate video investment strategies and inform tactical decisions Overseeing the work of video specialists, managing workflow, and providing strategic guidance Willingness to learn about local formats like local TV, radio, and OOH in addition to national video Providing feedback to direct reports and using performance evaluation to develop and motivate talent Contributing to new business pitches with strategic video expertise and high-level planning Staying up-to-date on advanced video offerings in streaming and addressable TV Promoting a culture of shared learning and increasing visibility of video expertise within the agency Leading with strength and stability as a point of escalation for clients and team members Qualifications 10+ years of media planning and buying experience, with a strong focus on cross-channel video Deep expertise in digital streaming video Experience with local channels like local TV, local radio, and OOH is a plus Bachelor's degree or higher in advertising, marketing, business administration, communications, or equivalent Analytical background with comfort with data and numbers 5+ years of people management experience, overseeing five or more reports Deep industry relationships with video partners Excellent negotiation skills and ability to add incremental value Strong communication and writing skills; poised, precise, and collaborative Ability to package and sell in concepts and new opportunities Strategic thinking and big-picture view Self-starter, able to work independently and in a team Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and generative AI tools is a plus Additional Information Compensation Range: $119,510 - $179,850 Temporary roles may be eligible for certain benefits; regular roles include medical, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and PTO Application deadline: 9/30/25 Seniority level
