Patient Care Associate Coordinator (Centralized Check-In)
plays a crucial role by following established processes and protocols. Collaborate with all members of the care team to align with the organization’s vision and mission, deliver outstanding customer service, and maintain best practices. Support the teams in achieving financial, clinical, and service objectives. Schedule (40-hour work week):
Monday - Friday, between 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM PST. Management will determine the schedule upon hire. Location:
The Everett Clinic - 3901 Hoyt Avenue, Everett, WA Primary Responsibilities: Be the first point of contact for patients, setting a warm and positive tone for their experience. Demonstrate empathy, courtesy, competence, efficiency, and care in all interactions. Schedule appointments and procedures in accordance with established guidelines. Utilize various computer and phone systems to address patient needs effectively. Verify patient information while maintaining accurate records in the Electronic Health Record (EPIC). Guide patients about their insurance responsibilities and referral details. Collect patient co-payments and insurance payments professionally. Provide exceptional patient service in both clinical and front office settings. Perform a range of clerical and administrative tasks related to patient care delivery. Efficiently process paperwork. Exceptional communication skills and phone etiquette. Reliable means of transportation during working hours for job-related tasks. Compensation is competitive based on factors such as local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. The hourly pay for this role ranges from $16.00 to $27.69 for full-time employment. We adhere to all applicable minimum wage laws.
