We are currently seeking a Vice President of Payor Strategy to support our CCRM Fertility business. CCRM Fertility is a global pioneer in fertility treatment, research, science, specializing in IVF, fertility testing, egg freezing, preimplantation genetic testing, third-party reproduction and egg donation. Develop and Lead Payor Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive national and regional payor strategy to enhance reimbursement, improve access, and optimize financial performance. Contract Negotiations: Lead negotiations with commercial insurers, employer-sponsored health plans, and third-party administrators to secure favorable rates and terms. Partnership Development: Build strategic relationships with payors, benefit managers, and employer groups to advocate for broader coverage of fertility services. Value-Based Care Models: Evaluate and implement alternative payment models, including bundled payments and outcomes-based agreements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with clinical, revenue cycle, finance, legal, and business development teams to support payor-related initiatives and compliance. Market Intelligence: Monitor trends in reimbursement policy, legislation, fertility benefit design, and competitors’ payor strategies and ensure appropriate communication plans to stakeholders. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team focused on contracting, pricing, credentialing, and payor/financing relations. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master’s in Health Administration, Business, Public Health, or related field preferred. Minimum 10 years in managed care contracting or payor relations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience in the fertility, women’s health, or specialty provider space strongly preferred. Proven success negotiating with national and regional payors. Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills. Deep understanding of commercial insurance and regulatory environment. Analytical mindset with experience in financial modeling, pricing strategies, and ROI assessment. Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and present to executive leadership. Why Join Us?
