We are seeking a visionary, results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our swimwear brand into its next phase of transformational growth. The ideal candidate will embody our brand values and drive strategic expansion, operational excellence, and human-centered leadership—balancing performance accountability with brand passion and business discipline to achieve market leadership in the competitive swimwear and lifestyle industry. The CEO will set the strategic direction, strengthen organizational capabilities, and scale Nani Swimwear into a globally recognized brand. Leadership development is viewed as a critical investment. You will lead with inspiration, purpose, and collaboration—while remaining accountable for business performance and sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Vision: Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies aligned with Nani Swimwear's brand identity and market positioning. Lead transformative initiatives that position the company for scale and market expansion. Drive business strategy alignment across all organizational levels and functions. Champion digital transformation and customer-centric innovation in retail and e-commerce. Scale operations sustainably while maintaining brand integrity and customer experience. Identify and pursue strategic product and market expansion opportunities, including international growth. Build scalable systems, processes, and organizational capabilities to support rapid growth. Drive revenue growth through innovative product development, market penetration, and strategic partnerships. Build and lead a high-performing sales team; develop and expand partnerships with wholesale and retail distributors. Organizational & People Leadership: Take full ownership of the company’s financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability goals. Cultivate human-centered leadership emphasizing collaboration, empathy, and employee development. Build and lead a high-performing executive team aligned across product development, marketing, operations, finance, customer experience, and sales. Create pathways for reinvention of products, services, and operations. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning. Identify and evaluate risks and opportunities to protect the business while enabling sustainable growth. Brand & Market Leadership: Serve as the primary brand ambassador; drive brand positioning and marketing strategies that resonate with target customers. Maintain deep customer focus while building lasting brand loyalty and market differentiation. Lead sustainability initiatives aligned with contemporary consumer values. Ensure Nani’s mission, values, and customer experience remain strong as the company grows. Leadership Capabilities: Demonstrated ability to lead through transformation; adaptability and change management expertise; collaborative cross-functional leadership; transparent communication. Business & Industry Expertise: Strategic planning and execution for scaling consumer brands; operations and supply chain experience (fashion/retail preferred); digital commerce and technology integration; financial acumen with P&L responsibility. Cultural & Interpersonal Skills: Trusted leadership, coaching, and development mindset; open to ideas and continuous learning; evidence of integrity and teamwork. Preferred Experience

10+ years of executive leadership experience with at least 5 years as CEO, President, or C-suite executive. Proven track record of scaling consumer brands from startup/growth stage to market leadership. Experience in fashion, retail, lifestyle brands, or related consumer goods industries. International business and market expansion experience. Digital transformation and e-commerce platform development. Strong network within the fashion, retail, and lifestyle brand ecosystem. Strong strategic thinking with a hands-on leadership approach; excellent communication and decision-making skills. Passion for sustainability, outdoor lifestyle, empowering women, and mission-led business. Self-reliance, teamwork, integrity, empathy, enthusiasm, and an results-driven mindset.
