Ensure all decisions align with profitability goals and objectives. Employee Relations:
Manage all aspects of employee relations, while motivating, inspiring, and engaging the team. SOP Creation and Implementation:
Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Cost Efficiency:
Monitor all costs and ensure decisions are in line with budgets. Hiring and ATS Management:
Oversee the hiring process and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for recruitment and promotions. Schedule and Attendance Management:
Manage employee schedules and attendance through time and attendance systems. KEY RELATIONSHIPS - INTERNAL
Employees - both Front and back of house. The ability to manage their performances and ER; Supervisors and Assistant Managers - ability to delegate tasks and follow up; Line Manager - ability to update on monthly/quarterly and yearly performances in an efficient manner; KEY RELATIONSHIPS - EXTERNAL
Engage and manage relationships with Different departments and head of departments within the company organization; Engage and manage relationships with external suppliers and contractors; Engage and manage relationship with the local community and the businesses network; GENERAL
Be aware of and adhere to BrewDog policies and the Workplace Code at all times. Take part in crew reviews throughout the year. Cooperate with other BrewDog departments to achieve a great experience for our customers, applicants, colleagues, and contractors. Attend training courses and complete online training modules as required to meet the requirements of the role. Take responsibility for own personal development, seeking out opportunities to learn new skills. Undertake any other duties as requested which are reasonably deemed to be within the scope of the role or necessary for the smooth running of the business.
