Provide audit and review services to Asia/US companies going public in the US, including industries such as construction, high-tech, trading, and property services; lead staff to deliver quality audit and assurance services, including preparing and reviewing audit plans, audit work papers, and financial statements. Provide annual audit and review for NASDAQ/NYSE listed companies. Collaborate with the internal marketing team to identify potential new customers. Conduct customer issue reviews, including determining high-risk issues and designing an audit to help management increase awareness and remediation efforts. Build relationships with colleagues across multiple service lines to provide seamless integrated service. Supervise the work of accountants and auditors. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. 60 months of work experience in Senior Auditor, Audit Manager, or in a related role, including advisory engagements and reviewing audit engagement procedures. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in any U.S. state. Travel to Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, or Malaysia 7–9 days per month; telecommuting within the U.S. is acceptable.
