Reporting to the North America Vice President, this position will lead a team of OpEx Managers to build and execute the Operational Excellence strategy: establish a sustainable operating structure, build a culture of continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies in business processes, implement performance optimization strategies and excellence through data‑driven analysis, leverage process improvement methodologies (e.g., Kaizen), reduce conversion costs, and optimize overall performance to meet customer demand. Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of OpEx Managers; drive strategy development and tactical execution Benchmark continuous improvement against best practices and new developments across industries Drive awareness and adoption of digital technologies and information flows to strengthen the factory of the future Serve as an expert resource on continuous improvement tools for operating units Implement Operational Excellence best practices (daily management, standard work, 5S, effective problem solving) Harmonize NA sites to maximize asset utilization, reduce risk, and optimize performance Advocate for Pull Systems and other approaches to improve On‑Time Delivery and Inventory Turns Facilitate Kaizen events and coach teams on the Kaizen process Demonstrate cross‑functional capability and holistic thinking; motivate and lead multidisciplinary teams Lead change and adapt strategies quickly in evolving conditions Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions and high‑pressure environments Qualifications

+10 years of experience leading manufacturing teams with +5 years of multi‑site/department OpEx deployment +5 years in high‑speed manufacturing (low mix/high volume) Lean professional; Green Belt or Black Belt certification Employment details
