Overview This role is based in Mountain View, San Francisco, New York or Bellevue. The work arrangement is hybrid, combining time from home and at a LinkedIn office on select days based on business needs. LinkedIn is pursuing growth by expanding the impact of video-first content and improving how updates in the Feed are optimized to enhance engagement and opportunities for our 1+ billion members.
We are seeking an AI Product Manager to lead core ranking of the Feed on LinkedIn, balancing multiple ecosystem trade-offs and delivering features and model improvements that drive engagement and usage.
Responsibilities
Partner with PMs, data scientists, AI, applications, and infrastructure engineers to define a comprehensive AI roadmap for Feed Relevance.
Align product strategy and member experience with model objectives through measurable metrics.
Prioritize and define new features and model improvements.
Lead analyses of competitive environment, customers, and product metrics to determine the right features to drive engagement on LinkedIn.
Drive global product requirements definition, product planning, and product design (including writing PRDs) for new features and enhancements.
Clearly communicate product and platform benefits to users and internal stakeholders.
Make data-driven decisions by analyzing data from multiple sources, including experiments.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications
4+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role
BS/BA in a technology-related field or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
MS degree in a technology-related field
6+ years of experience in product management with AI/ML
Prior experience with ranking and recommendation/personalization for large feeds
Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decisions
Experience in Machine Learning and working with Generative AI
Ability to collaborate and lead across multiple partner teams with systems thinking
Ability to dive into ML system details with engineers and metrics with Data Science
Experience dealing with multi-sided marketplaces

Actual compensation depends on factors including skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and location.
