The Sr. Product Manager, Ecommerce, Skincare will manage the development of all ecommerce efforts in support of the SkinMedica professional portfolio of products and omnichannel strategy. Responsible for developing the end-to-end ecommerce strategy and executing all 360 marketing activities needed to drive the business including SkinMedica.com, Brilliant Connections and current and future e-tailer partners. This role will drive and develop ecommerce strategy and will collaborate with key stakeholders across the business including Business Technology, Customer Service, Sales Leadership, Media Planning, Finance, Research, Public Relations, and Cross-Portfolio Marketing Teams. You will also work with additional internal and external creative agencies. Success in the role will be driven by a customer-first focus, keen business acumen, agility and accountability, and staying informed of latest ecommerce enhancements and developments to effectively manage a fast-paced business with varying channels and needs. Responsibilities

Serve as the brand owner for SkinMedica.com, Amazon, Brilliant Connections and e-tailer partners. Manage the day-to-day business channel operations. Spearhead sales, ecommerce promotions and cross-portfolio promotions and programs strategy designed to drive commercial calendar milestones, brand priorities, and revenue objectives. Execute the ecommerce business calendar, promo setup and programming, PDP pages, A+ content, product copy, landing page banners, and mass marketing emails. Define go-to-market ecommerce strategy for new innovations with differentiated product positioning and high impact launch plans. Develop reporting and briefing materials that identify objectives and KPIs and articulate desired outcomes. Act as key stakeholder in the ecommerce brand planning process. Manage Medical, Legal and Regulatory and financial approval processes as needed. Maintain understanding of competitive landscape to properly position and differentiate products. Budget management. Qualifications

Bachelors degree in related field required; MBA or related Masters degree preferred. 5+ years of marketing and ecommerce experience. Preferred experience in aesthetics, beauty, wellness or CPG marketing. Preferred experience in tech, ecommerce platforms. Preferred experience in retail, trade or wholesale marketing.
