We provide EAs with assistance on how to successfully launch and develop their agency into a sustainable and profitable business year over year. Step-by-step assistance: Core onboarding includes a detailed deployment plan ensuring compliance with AAA protocols and standards. Comprehensive education: Mixing in-person and virtual training covering core business skills, sales, customer service, products and systems. This opportunity is for self-motivated, results-driven businesspeople interested in building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency. You’ll bring business or industry-relevant experience and need a level of capital to ensure your agency delivers the service AAA—and our members—expect. You’ll own and grow an insurance agency that serves new and prospective AAA Members. You’ll sell property and casualty, life insurance and AAA memberships along with other products, to a well-defined and loyal client base. Products include autos, bicycles, RVs and motorcycles. People value their AAA Membership for access to our trusted roadside assistance, and for the more than 126,000 opportunities to save on dining, shopping, hotels, rental cars, travel events and auto care. Property and casualty insurance: You’ll sell Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, Specialty Vehicles and Commercial Lines. Access to brokered products from multiple, national and regional A-rated leading carriers to help you serve a wide variety of needs (varies by state). You’ll sell Term, Universal Life, Whole Life and Annuities.
