CFO

Overview The CFO will partner with the CEO to deliver on the investment thesis through management of the organization’s financial performance. This executive is responsible for driving strategic, profitable growth across a national enterprise and providing oversight for the finance and accounting function. The role also ensures compliance with all financial regulations and oversees the management, reconciliation and filing of all financial reporting, while supporting strong leadership and execution across the organization.

Responsibilities

Partner with the CEO to align financial strategy with the company’s investment thesis and growth goals.

Manage financial performance, including planning, forecasting, budgeting and quarterly/annual closes.

Provide oversight for the finance and accounting function, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance.

Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and prepare/review financial reporting and filings.

Lead and develop financial leadership across the organization, promoting strong cross-functional collaboration.
