Staffing and Recruiting Key Architecture Responsibilities

Serve as the accountable owner for data architecture and solution delivery on business initiatives Ensure designs comply with enterprise standards, minimize complexity, and maximize reusability Approve detailed data designs, including those provided by third parties, to ensure alignment with organizational objectives Design solutions that serve both project and enterprise needs, leveraging reusable tools, components, and services Collaborate with business stakeholders to reduce unnecessary technical complexity Participate in developing enterprise data strategies and contribute to data governance efforts to define ownership, security, and data quality Work with data analysts, solution architects, and vendors to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs Develop strategies for data acquisition, archival, recovery, and database implementation Create logical designs for databases, data warehouses, and multidimensional data models Establish data architecture patterns and best practices while staying ahead of emerging technologies Provide consulting expertise to delivery teams and help shape long-term data and technology roadmaps Technology Leadership Responsibilities

Act as the lead technical resource for solution delivery, ensuring operability, cost-effectiveness, and quality Direct technical teams to identify required roles, tasks, and milestones to meet project timelines Partner with project managers to develop technical delivery plans, financial estimates, and total cost of ownership projections Lead risk assessment, issue resolution, and escalation management to maintain delivery momentum Oversee technical work completed by third-party partners or vendors and ensure adherence to requirements Provide feedback on team performance and foster collaboration across business and IT groups Requirements

10+ years of experience as a Data Architect Deep understanding of data warehousing, BI techniques, and enterprise data management Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence design decisions Expertise in data modeling, integration, governance, security, and analytics Hands-on experience with SQL, NoSQL, and big data platforms Knowledge of tools and frameworks used for data design, integration, and management Familiarity with Azure data services (Synapse, Azure SQL, ADF) and Power BI is a plus Background in computer science, database management, or a related discipline Demonstrated ability to balance creativity with technical rigor and deliver enterprise-grade solutions Key Skills
