Anduril Industries is seeking a highly skilled and professional

Executive Protection Agent

to join our Executive Protection Program. This role is essential in ensuring the safety and security of our C-suite executives during travel and public engagements. What You’ll Do

Close Protection: Provide close protection and other security-related functions for executives during domestic and/or international assignments. Driving and Transportation Support: Provide secure transportation for C-suite executives, ensuring their safety and comfort during travel. Travel Advances: Conduct travel advance planning, including logistics and security assessments for all executive trips. Operational Planning: Participate in advance survey, threat assessments and event planning to ensure access control, asset protection, confidentiality, and other security matters are adequately addressed through a written plan accepted by stakeholders. Documentation and Data Tracking: Complete suspicious activity reports, incident reports, shift logs, pattern of life reports, medical treatment reports, and other administrative requirements. Track service data related to executive protection activities to enhance operational efficiency and reporting. Communication: Maintain timely and effective communication with the Operations Manager and other team members to coordinate security efforts. Recommend and implement security measures to enhance security for your areas of focus, facilities, operations, and people. Operations: Ensure vehicles are always clean and operating within safety and maintenance guidelines. Operate and maintain protective, operations, and communications equipment and promptly identify and escalate deficiencies/failures. Required Qualifications

Demonstrated strong experience with residential security programs, executive protection, intelligence analysis and risk assessments; executive communications Flexibility to work non-traditional schedules including holidays, nights, and weekends to adapt to a 24/7 operation, including a rotating schedule Strong driving skills with a clean driving record Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor with concierge-level customer service skills Ability to work flexible hours, including travel as required High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information Frequent sitting, standing and/or walking, potentially for long periods, and may involve climbing stairs and uneven terrain; may require stressful physical activity Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities Preferred Qualifications

Multi-National Protective Services experience Bachelor's degree Valid EMT Certification Works well in a team environment and takes hands-on approach to protect the company and people Software Proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite, incident management systems, and related software Technology Literacy: Familiarity with tools and databases used in security operations Prior Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience Valid BSIS Guard Card Valid BSIS Firearms Permit Valid California Concealed Weapon Permit or LEOSA credentials Seniority level

US Salary Range: $70,000—$105,000 USD Benefits

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary.
